Get starter profiles not working in Q software

If the “get starter profiles” button is not working as intended while you are logged into your Q profile you can log out of your Q software profile on the Q dashboard, and then while not logged in, select the “get starter profiles” button and it will work to populate the profiles. Then you can log back into your profile and select from the Starter profiles you wish to set for your keyboard.
