How is my product covered by warranty if it's no longer in production?
If you own a Das Keyboard product that is no longer in production and is still within it's warranty period, we will exchange it with a similar product from that model line.
For example :
- If you own a DK4C Ultimate Blue and need a warranty exchange, we will exchange it with a keyboard from the 4C family - regardless of the switch type and cosmetics.
