Adding animations to built-in RGB profiles on the 5QS
If you are not using the Q software and have added one of the built-in RGB profiles to your 5QS, you can also add an animation to the color configuration. When the built-in color profile is saved and displaying on the keyboard, press FN + MENU + (NUMPAD KEY) to set an animation (see table below). This will apply the selected animation over the color profile, keeping the base color the same while displaying one of several animation types.
Note: These animations can not currently be saved to the NVRAM or memory of the board
This feature is available in macOS mode, where the FN key is swapped with the key to the right of the FN key.
