Strange Lighting on 5Q FN Key

For this article, keys and key combinations will be represented by bold italics , unless specifically referred to as a key.

If your function key on the 5Q keyboard is strangely lit, it's possible that the keyboard is in testing mode from our manufacturing facility. You can test this by pressing CTRL + FN ; if the Function key turns white then please do the following steps to exit testing mode.

1. Press CTRL + FN (Key will light white)

 
2. Press FN (Key will blink white)
 
3. Press L-CTRL + L-ALT + PRT SC (repeat this step twice)

 
Once you've done this, the FN key should have normal illumination.
